Ironman

On June 13, 2005 I started participating in the "Ironman Challenge" at my gym. The contest consisted of 112 miles on a stationary bike, 26.2 miles on a treadmill, and 30 minutes on a machine that was supposed to simulate swimming. We were given 4 weeks to complete the challenge. Everyone who finishes in the 4 weeks will receive a t-shirt and there will be awards for first, second and third. The prizes are yet to be announced. Yesterday I finished the challenge. So far no one else has finished. I will most probably be awarded a gym bag for finishing first. Yea Me!

New Furniture

Our new Ethan Allen Furniture arrived today. We ordered it a month ago. We are so excited to finally have some really nice furniture that we were able to buy ourselves. Not that we don't appreciate everything you gave us mom. We got a new bed and two night stands.
